On March 22, we will hold Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Tallinn in Estonia - an event dedicated to blockchain, ICO and cryptocurrencies. People from the industry will meet in the capital of Estonia for the second time.
The previous conference, held in March of 2017, gathered about 200 participants and received positive feedback; this year we expanded the presentation program so we expect more exhibitors and listeners.
The event will feature 13 speakers: specialists in development, investment, project marketing; lawyers working with blockchain projects, as well as top managers of successful startups.
Experts and their topics:
Lukas Kairys, CTO at Cryptodus, a company that develops smart contract solutions for business. The topic of his presentation is "Future of smart contracts. Opportunities, technological problems and security related risks."
Thierry Vallat, lawyer, founder of the Cabinet Thierry Vallat law firm, former member of the Board of Directors and treasurer of the France-Estonia association. Thierry will talk about what do blockchain industry and cryptocurrencies in Europe are waiting for in terms of their state regulation.
Aviya Arika, Head of Blockchain Innovation at Nir Porat & Co. Law Firm. In the speech with an intriguing title "Tell me about your token and I'll tell you all about you," she will shed the light on legislative regulation of tokens depending on their type.
Edgar Bers, Partner Relations Manager at HashCoins OÜ, a company specializing in the development of crypto equipment and creation of blockchain services. The topic of his presentation is "Blockchain as a confidant".
Aleks Bozhinov, CMO at Crowdholding, who created a blockchain platform for entrepreneurs and their advisers. As an experienced marketer, Aleks will explain how to properly interact with the audience when preparing a startup for the ICO.
Vladislav Sapozhnikov, Co-Founder and CEO of Deex.Exchange, a platform for cryptocurrency exchange. Speaker will talk about the future of blockchain technology and analyze the features of a blockchain based platform for business BitShares.

The event will take place at the Hilton Tallinn Park, a fashionable hotel located in the business and historical center of Tallinn, next to a well-maintained park. The hotel is located near the airport; there are historical sights and popular cafes and restaurants in walking distance.
An area for demonstrating blockchain innovations will be organized in the conference space as well. More than 20 companies have already confirmed their participation, including exchanges for trading various types of assets, manufacturers of mining equipment, mining centers and developers of blockchain based solutions for various areas.
There will also be a panel discussion at the Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Tallinn, where experts will discuss the complexity of regulation and legislative challenges of blockchain.
