Over 3000 guests, 40 speakers and 64 exhibitors within the exhibition area. These are the results of Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Moscow, an epic event dedicated to cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, which is recognized as the largest one on the CIS territory.
On November 15-16, leading developers, entrepreneurs, legal experts, startup managers and investors with experience in ICO gathered at this event.
And the main talking points of the event were assessment of Russian ICO market and development of legislative norms for its regulation; necessity of strengthening the IT security of startups that issue tokens and predictions for 2018 regarding world crypto industry development.
The conference was divided into two streams: Financial sphere (blockchain in Fintech and Govtech) and Developments (The technical side of blockchain).
Head of the RF State Duma working group on cryptocurrencies, Elina Sidorenko, gathered a “full house” at her speech. She touched upon the topic of ICO regulation in Russia, presented results of a legal session on the cryptocurrency tokens status in the country.
Marina Guryeva, head of the investment data on cryptocurrencies and blockchain projects aggregator, Cyber Fund, drew public attention to the analytical data. She provided information on the crypto industry growth in the last year and also analyzed the amount of funds raised through ICO.
And Ilya Sachkov, head of the Group-IB, which specializes in IT security and protection from cyberthreats, talked about security problems in ICO and blockchain.
We are very pleased that the conference was attended by experts from abroad. Among them were the head of marketing and communications department at the OAX Foundation, Liam Bussell, and IBM lead engineer, Karolina Marzantowicz.
Presentations from exhibitors
As for the exhibition area, this time it was the largest one ever: 3200 square meters, with 64 company stands.
GoWeb, TeraHash, Manli, Asic Trade and 51ASIC companies brought a lot of mining equipment. Together with the hardware, they presented solutions for creating their own mining farm, including a cooling system.
An interesting development was introduced by the Bitlish exchange team - a unique crypto ATM.
And the social network Zetta took up the largest stand, which was open for guests from all sides.
